I’m just diving into Dr Sara Gottfrieds new book and couldn’t wait to write something about it. It’s yet another evolution of her work and thinking as she uncovers the mysteries of women’s bodies - peri menopause and beyond! The brain body connection is like a magic key that we’ve all been looking for. As a post menopausal woman I’m managing all the changes pretty well but still not where I’d like to be. My body is so different to how it was in my 30s and 40s. Dr Sara is giving us the pathway to truly get our body and mind back and reset. This book gives us all the science and the protocols to achieve our dreams and protect us from the dreaded aging diseases of dimentia and the like. I can’t wait to finish it and start the protocol. Would highly recommend reading if you are trying to navigate your way through peri menopause and beyond.
