I happened upon Nina's Instagram a few months ago and immediately fell in love with her good, clean food and amazing photography. If you don't already follow @nourish_atelier on IG, you should! Being a lifelong vegetarian, I am always on the look out for new and exciting meals to prepare for my family. Several recipes have become instant favorites in our home like the Ramen Wonder, Smoked Tofu and Green Pea Salad, Miso Happy--the perfect soup to warm your soul, Tempeh Steaks and my go-to lunch Kale Caesar, with a hemp and walnut parm!! Highly addictive. Nina's recipes do not disappoint!

The book is great and filled with lots of beautiful photos of bowls I'd love to eat. Then, as I started to actually read the ingredients of one recipe I realized the measurements were all in grams, ml and liters! What the heck? I did not see anywhere in the listing that this wasn't an American version. So it's a little disappointing and not sure how much use I'll get out of it. I know I can always Google the conversions but when you're in a hurry that's the last thing you want to do. Other than that issue I think the book itself is gorgeous.

I am in LOVE with this cookbook! I have never had a cookbook that I have wanted to make every single recipe listed. I have had the book for a little over a month and I've made at least one recipe a week. Everything I have made so far has been outstanding. Nina Olsson has a wonderful gift for making vibrant, unique and delicious meals-and the best part is they are all good for you! She is Swedish, so I had a little bit of concern that I might not be able to find some of the ingredients she uses in her recipes, but I was happily surprised that there were only a total of 5 ingredients I didn't already in my cupboards, and those were easy to come by if you have an Asian market near by (or an Amazon account ;) ) This book is definitely worth buying.

Im currently working my way thru this cookbook and find it adequate for my needs. Its an in depth almost gourmet type of vegetarian recipes, everything is hand made from pasta to sauces which is interesting but not too practical. I find the pictures and text nice, easy to read. The recipes I have worked thru unfortunately were all pretty complicated and not something that I would care to repeat for day to day use, that said I did find it very helpful to learn techniques and basics for sauces and other meals, using this as a training course. I did not like the layout of amounts and types of ingredients, for me it would have been more accessible to list the ingredient type, then the amounts clearly (avocado, 1 tspn) rather than typed out '1 teaspoon of whatver', it made it more difficult to glance quickly to see if you had the ingredient.Overall this is a keeper for all the little stuff, general gourmet ideas, the sauces and coatings that go with recipes, noodle making, and general ideas. Most of the recipes i will have to simplify for daily use.

I first found Nina Olsen on Instagram and I'm so happy I purchased her book. The photos are beautiful but the recipes and ideas are great too! I enjoyed her section on dressings and they're so tasty and easy to make. I also keep this on my coffee table and visitors love looking through it.

Should have more content....it's more fluff and stuff than loaded with recipes. It is a decently fun book and there are some decent recipes but so much more could be done here with some creativity and knowledge.

Awesome book. Not pretensious with obscure ingredients. Its easy for me to find something tasty to make with foods I commonly use with this cook book. I treasure this book.
